Terms & Conditions — Aspire

1. General

Aspire (“Aspire”, “we”, “us”) operates as a local technology retailer and service provider in Lumding, Assam. Product descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability are provided in good faith and may change without prior notice where manufacturer or market conditions change.

2. Ready Stock

Ready Stock means the product is physically available with Aspire at the time shown. Stock is subject to prior sale and final confirmation. Placing an enquiry or adding an item to a cart does not reserve stock until Aspire confirms the order.

3. Available on Order

Available on Order means Aspire can normally source the product through its supply network. Supplier names, supplier purchase prices and supplier stock quantities are not represented on the website. Sourcing depends on availability at the time the order is confirmed. Full payment is required before sourcing begins.

4. On-Order Payment

Products marked Available on Order require full payment before Aspire begins sourcing. If sourcing becomes unavailable or materially changes, Aspire will contact the customer regarding available alternatives or applicable refund arrangements.

5. Quotations

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Aspire quotations are valid for 3 days. After the validity period, the quotation shall be considered NULL AND VOID, and prices may be revised without prior notice. A quotation becomes an order only after customer acceptance and Aspire confirmation.

6. PC Builder & Assembly

Component availability and compatibility are subject to confirmation. Gaming assembly is classified where the configuration contains a dedicated graphics card and a Bronze or Gold quality PSU. Normal PC assembly is charged at ₹826 GST included; Gaming PC assembly is ₹1,500 GST included. Software Installation & Setup is an optional separate service charged at ₹826 GST included.

7. Software

Customers are responsible for owning valid licences for commercial or proprietary software. Aspire does not support piracy, unauthorized activation or circumvention of licensing controls.

8. Warranty

Warranty coverage depends on the product and the applicable manufacturer or Aspire warranty terms. Physical damage, liquid damage, tampering, unauthorized repairs, misuse and other exclusions may void applicable warranty coverage.

9. Refurbished Products

Refurbished products are sold with their disclosed condition and applicable warranty. Cosmetic wear, battery health and accessory variations may differ from new products and will be communicated where material.

10. Service & Repairs

Customers should back up important data before submitting a device. Diagnostic findings, parts availability and repair estimates may change after inspection. Chargeable work requiring customer approval will not be treated as automatically authorized merely because a device was submitted.

11. Delivery & Collection

Delivery and collection dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed. Delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, carriers, force majeure or circumstances outside Aspire's reasonable control may occur.

12. Privacy & Communication

Customer details may be used to process orders, quotations, warranties, service jobs and support communications. WhatsApp, phone and email may be used where the customer has provided those details for business communication.

13. Changes

Aspire may update these terms prospectively. The version applicable to a transaction will normally be the version accepted at the time of that transaction.
